طول ما إحنا شغالين سولو مابيكنش في مشكله و مش بنكون مضطرين ننمي مهارات التواصل عندنا. بس أول ما نبدأ نحلم بالترقيه أو أننا نكبر شغلنا الخاص بتوظيف فريق عمل غالباً بنحتاس و في أوقات كتير نصتدم مع الناس اللي  بنشتغل معاهم أو حتى اللي شغلناهم. الفيديو ده مش حيقول لكم إزاي تحلوا المشاكل أو إزاي تترقوا ولكن حنبدأ من قبل كده بشويه, حنبدأ من فهم شخصيتنا و الشخصيات اللي حوالينا و بتالي نعرف نتواصل مع الأخرين بشكل أفضل, عشان لما يأتي الوقت عشان أوظف حد عندي أختار صح و أفهم قدراته بشكل أفضل.

When we understand our personality and familiarize ourselves with other three most common personality traits, we will be able to not only understand ourselves better but it enables us to hire more effectively in the future and build stronger teams.
